you can download the free trial version here: [link] although it only lasts for 31 days before you have to buy it.
Something else you might find is that it doesn't allow opening or saving of jpeg files and it also greys out alot of stuff so you can't use them.

To buy it I think its around 42 in GBP and $69 for USD.
